Hello all. I have a 1986 M1009. The transfer case is leaking. I have done a search many times and have not found the same issue. It appears as though it is leaking through the yoke/u-joint, which would seem weird. I replaced the output shaft seal. The case is dry and the seal is dry. Tranny fluid drips right from the u-joint, When I topped off the T case, it now leaks worse. After I drive it I can see where the fluid has been slung all underneath the vehicle, right in line with the u-jointDSCN2606.jpg. Thanks for your help.
