Do a search for DUVAC Removal Plan B. Most likely your problem is a bad DUVAC box. Or you may want to consider converting to 12v all together. Since the box and equipment are gone it would be quite easy. How far is Lancaster from Logan, Ohio?

Also when you park the truck at night turn off the master switch for the headlights (switches below headlight switch, put the switch closest to the steering wheel in the middle position) as this can run the battery dead when parked awhile.
