No is getting a 110v rear ac so we dont have to run the engine use either a inverter or small gen set,

Got around to work on the 12 ovlt cigarette ligther conector style , using a marine type holder also got the tire nonitor working and the AC 120 volts conector from the inverter

Yes thank you i use them because they are very thing and easy to wire, i do have a ANALOG back up under the hood....

Got to install some of the goods for conford and safety, still a lot more to do , aslo does anyone know the color on the inside of the rear on the M1010 is it the FOAM GREEN interire paint RAPCO has any help will be great need to do some touch ups..

Dont remenber will look at the box tomorrow, and is RAPCO the only place to get the paint , they are the only one that list that color

I ordered Rapco paint last week and it arrived pretty fast. If they have the color go for it. If your not sure then order one can and see if it matches. If it does great if not then your only out a few bucks.

I too am planning a trip to Alaska and back home. One of the trucks (My current project) will use a Com shelter as the living quarters. My other rig will be a M1010.
How long are you planning you trip to be?

I can't even let my 1010 near the computer anymore because she keeps wanting all the cool toys you're adding. Please, don't stop.
You've shown us some great ideas so thanks for sharing the build.
Hopefully you've got your seafoam green paint needs solved. If not I can search some codes later.
Here are some pics of the back of my reasonably complete 1010 for those asking.
If you're coming through Alberta on the way to Alaska try and come visit. I have the only active 1010 that I know of so it'd be nice to get the girls together for pictures.

Thank you for all the kind words, looking to do the ALCAN HWY convoy at the end of this month, i made not make it , because of my mom illness but my partner will, i got to work on the inverter today when well everything powers up and will tackle the rear A/C this weekend weather permitting is a 3000 watts continius with a 6000 watt peak , i got this model because it had a 3 wire lug nice hook up .. also got all the adaptor for campgrounds and there will be a genset as well![[thumbzup]](https://www.steelsoldiers.com/images/smilies/icon_smile_thumzup.gif "Thumbs Up [thumbzup]")
