M1010 Wont Shift After Injector Pump Install

So just got finished installing the injector pump along with a electric fuel pump. It starts and runs super good. I took it around the block and on a straight away by my place and it won't shift out of first gear when it is in Drive and even when I go into first gear then shift it into second with the lever it still stays in first gear. Not sure what i messed up while i was in there because it shifted fine before.

Any ideas?

Check the vacuum lines going to the modulator on the transmission.

The vacuum valve on the RH side of the pump probably needs to be adjusted, it rotates forward and back, make sure the tab on the back side of it is engaged in the pump correctly, tough to explain but self explanatory. NDT also makes a valid point to check the lines.

You likely have reversed the vacuum lines at the valve.
