Is it just me, or are these things a rare find?

I can't seem to find these anywhere, and mine are kinda ragged... I guess I could maybe salvage them with a wire wheel and some paint, but Id rather just get some new ones... anyone got any suggestions?

I'm just kinda puzzled... even a quick look at ebay will show a coupla dozen M105 handles... big fat goose egg for 101s!

I'll probably de-rust mine and use them... keep it original and all

I need one cable for the 101A1 and one handle. Been looking for years. Seems strange they are not around. Cables for the A2 are out there but no A1's or handles. I just picked another trailer and it had two brand new cables anbd handles so maybe after all the 101's are sold off, the parts will show up surplus.

All the brake handles LOOK the same, until you put them side by side. There are several versions, left/rights/etc. Check the TM's and part #'s stamped on the sides, or compare side by side..

The problem wit alot of cables, hoses, belts etc. is that alot of
timess they end up in large mixed lots and the person who
buys the lot is after some other specific item in the lot so
they never try to ID them and they end up scraped or thrown
away. I have saved lots of thesr type items from oblivion
by checking the guys that buy lots for specific stuff.
My 2 cents worth...........:-D:-D:-D

That's pretty much the plan... I'm going to send the whole thing out to get blasted.

I was going to do it myself in the garage, but that CARC paint is pretty nasty stuff, especially the '68 era stuff. Yeah I could use a good respirator and all, but then it'd be all over the garage, so screwit... I'll pay the premium to have someone else do it for me.
