Well i got me a m101a2 / a3. Traded my m10 for it well worth the trade to me. It does need a little TLC but other than that i am loving it. The reason i say a2/ a3 is that it looks to me to be a a2 fram, bed and toung and a a3 axel with the raised center section and the wheels stick out past the fenders. Will post pics when i get time at home to upload them. Know where does one find some hitch parts. Like the ebrake bracket and some side struts? Also does anyone know what the bracket on the back in the middle bottom of the bed is for?

Thats what i thought that bracket was for on the back. I am looking for some parts for the trailer tong brake away e-brake and other parts for the surgbrake. I know these trailers are still being made is there a parts place to get parts from? Does anyone have any pics of what the suport leg looks like and also the spare tire carrier for the front off the m101s. :p

Isn't that a bummer... I had a rear support leg for sale at the Aberdeen rally that almost no-one looked at (I was using it to hold down some canvas on the display table...).
It is shippable though...

The best thing to do is dowmload the TM . That will give you the part numbers and name of parts you need. Then just do a google search . good luck.

If while you're looking for those parts you find me a cover for the M101A3 please PM me. I had my EUC clear today (13 days start to finish) and am headed to Camp Lejune to pick up on Monday. Congrats on the purchase.

M101A2 surge break parts:
From what I understand and have not tried myself:
Master cylinder: use 1964 Jeep CJ5 Master cylinder rebuild parts (Autozone 22976)
Surge Brake Shock: Gabriel T70615 SA (Replaces Maeco 1844-2)

Unit was made by a company named 'Balcrank'

If you go to 'www.crofttrailer.com' and navigate to brakes, hydraulic surge brake acutator parts breakdown, balcrank parts breakdown you will see for sale every part that makes up the surge break unit.

Can anyone get me the meshurment on the outside fenders on a M101A3. Just need to know how wide they are. I know they are winder than an a2 due to the deferent axel under them. I whant to modify mine a2 bed to cover the wheels sence i have a A3 axel under it. So i am going to cut down the inner fenders and exstend the outer and then it will almost be a A3, exsept for the sergbreak toung. And it is just all flat steel no big deal to cut off and add on to.
