M101a3 frame/axle value

I have found someone local selling an M101a3 with a trashed bed(somewhat usable), the frame/axle and everything else seems to be in great order. Is it worth the $275 he is asking for it. I would rather use it as my wood hauler and fix up my a2 for a camping trailer.

Thanks for the info, I'll have it at the house soon. If my ideas don't pan out I'll have to sell it as the wife wants me to curtail my buying/selling/trading surplus trailers. Oh well, there are worse things to do I guess.

I'm interested if you decide to not keep it. I'd love to have a m101a3 chassis to mount my 887 bed on. I could put the m101a1 back together if you don't want it. Please let me know if you don't want to keep it.
