M1022 Gichener Mobilizer, worth the money?

Has anyone purchased one lately? Just wondering if the units are complete and operational from G.L. I have a 40' HC Container and thinking about buying one.

Rarely are they 100% complete according to threads about people buying them.
They will usually “look” complete and you buy it.
Only to find out that the one somewhat critical part (hypothetical) is gone and you will never find one.
Units are really good of taking unobtainable parts like that for spares.
I know I would and have.

They were really inexpensive not long ago.

If you can go look at it first or know someone who can would help quite a bit before bidding.
