M1031 starter working 90% of the time..

New starter, Relay (doghead),wires, Solenoid, Batt Cables and Batts. Spins great, starts like a 6.2
Has got to be the trigger wire for the solenoid.
New wire for the Relay to Solenoid keep the red wire on disconnect the brown at solenoid of course.
Not sure what else the red wire trips upon starting. Diagnostic card? Secret Anti-theft, truck must face North before starting?
