M105 gates / bows on m1013?

Hi All:

I can get a M101A3 for less than $700 in decent condition and a set of M105 gates and bows for less than $150.

So is it really a big job to modify the M105 gates/bows to fit the 101A3?

If they are the all metal bows, just move the bolts. If they are wood/metal bows, it is more involved.

How about the side gates?

If they are the firberglass one's alot of work. The bolts will all need to be drilled out.

I just did it. You will need the M101 stakes. Then, if the M105 sides are fiberglass, like mine were, you will need to grind off the back of the rivets that hold the boards on.
