I need to find the height of the inner fender of the M105a2 so I can build a frame to lay a M101 a2 on top of them and support the ends for stability. I think it will just fit from what I have found. Is this doable? I need to pick up one of each at Hooks.

I didn't take super exact measurements for a camping setup, but here is what I have -

Inside dimensions of bed-
110" long x 74" wide x 60" high (bottom of tarp bows)
steel sides are 18" high

wheel wells in bed -
10" wide x 12" high x 41" long , 30" from rear inside of bed and 39" from front inside of bed
the flat tops part of the wells are about 24" long

If we get a break in the rain tomorrow, I can try and check the height more exactly.

Thanks guys,

I have about a 6 hour drive so I think I will flip it across the fenders. Lower center of gravity and less wind resistance -- I hope. If it was a short trip I would follow oilcan's advice and just roll it in. The last trip to RRAD was pretty interesting.
