w some LED headlight on stupid and they said 24volt but wont work on lmtv bc the headlights are 12volt....true?

You could get a transformer to step up to 24v.

You could get 12 volt headlights and be done with it. You need a power converter to step up DC. Way more work than it's worth. Plus the truck has 24 volts if you had to use the 24 volt headlights. Just a bit of rewiring. But getting the right part would be much simpler.
