M1082 trailer air seal kit?

Is there a seal kit for this valve or do I need to replace it? Leaking at seams like seals have rotted in the moisture of east Texas.

In the lower pick under the cover is this oblong gasket that is broken and leaking anyone got one?

Ended up it was an o ring that looked new but was just a little out, letting air leak by. No everything seems to be working fine. If you mess with it enough you figure it out.
