M1101/M1102 Cargo Cover Bolts

Does anyone have a source for the bolts to install the soft top supports on an M1101 or M1102? I was able to find technical the technical specs through the NSN but two bolt suppliers were unable to help.

3/8-16 x 1-1/2" aren't they? Try Tractorsupply or a good ACE hardware store for yellow zinc (chromate) bolts. Can also get them through Amazon.com in bulk. Fastenal, fasteners.com, other suppliers.
