M1152A1 Wiring

Good evening, I have recently taken delivery of a 2008 M1152A1 and I absolutely love this thing! Even has some of the armor still on it, including the roof and kick panels. Only about 700 miles on the truck. Anyways, I am making my list of things to do on it, and am wondering about the three capped off wires at the center windshield post near the wiper switch. I'd like to add a dome light, and perhaps I can get power from this location? What were these wires originally for?

No, I don't think so. I have the tach and these wires are not connected to it. There's three of them, all capped off. Must be for some option I don't have.

Windshield heater is possible

Should be a supplemental ballistic windshield defroster/heater. I still have the switch on my truck, but no windshield unfortunately.

Do the wires have the metal tags on then to I.D. the wires?
