It will have a clean title as soon as the SF97 gets here. Usually about a month to 2 months. I had the vin inspected, so I just need Florida reassignment letter and sf-97. The only reason for a title is if someone wants the VIN plate.

Thanks! My shop is my irrigation business, and lucky me from Dec-March I'm allowed to play and work on my projects. Once the workers are called back to work, they will get pissed that all my crap is there and then I will slowly have to take everything back home. ;)

It looks good BUT almost people can do this with a compass made of a string and a clamp and a jigsaw. Just get Aluminum sheet or steel sheet from a car hood or roof.

They used a special band saw for cutting circles. After all the work I'm putting into making this as mint as it can be, I'd rather pay to have the metal cut by pros! I would of just used my plasma cutter with a string and made a circle.

Wow, looking really good! The surface looks very crisp and smooth, it's like new.
That pink putty you used, is it similar with the type they sell at Home Depot or is something specific for automotive applications?
Also, what spray gun did you use? HVLP type?

EDIT: typos. changed my thought in the middle of the sentence and didn't go back to change the rest of it LOL

Just body filler. You can get at AutoZone or any auto parts. I used duct tape on inside to hold body filler in. Then pull off when done. I didn't want all the bolts that do nothing left in.

The spray gun is a purple harbor freight hvlp gun. They work great! Just clean the gun well after every use. And thin down the rapco when you spray!
