Hm..., how to bleed a manual brake. You mean a M116 A2 with hydraulic operated overrun braking device. Your Master cylinder slould be above the wheel cylinders. So with a source filling the dripping out brake fluid, just open the bleeder screw and let the brake fluid run into a suitable container. If you own a vacuum one man bleeder equipment, it is much easier.
Refer to TM 9-2330-202-1 issued August 1983, page 4-172 - 4-175.

Make sure you set the shoe clearance first. Unless they are just a hair away from the drum, you will never have a solid feel when you push on the lunette ring.

Once they are adjusted, you can push on the lunette and have somebody open a bleeder like doing any other vehicle manually. A vacuum bleeder or pressure bleeder works just as well too. By yourself, fill a mason jar about half full of clean new fluid. Run a hose from the bleeder into the fluid in the jar. Open the bleeder and then slowly push on the lunette. Repeat until you get no more bubbles. Keep the master full and do the other side. All done in about 10 minutes.
