M116a1 top bow removal

This is a long shot, but I am trying to remove the 4 top bows from my M116a1. Yes, they are rusted in there. Does anyone have any tricks on getting them out short of cutting them off, peeling out the rusted-in pieces, and then adding extensions back to get the original length?

Heat from underneath then hitting at the corner with a block of wood has worked for me in the past. They definitely can be a pain when they’ve been there forever.

Heat and hammering.

I think I also used a floor jack and 2x4 to add some upward force, but it's not exactly stable and requires like 3 sets of hands to keep everything in control.

Heat, hammer and Liquid Wrench penetrating oil.
Lots of patience helps also.
