We just obtained a M116A3 Trailer for one of our H1's. Does anyone know of a trailer plug adapter to use to work with H1 Stock Plug? Basically we need to use the M116A3 military trailer plug to work with H1. Thanks. PS: Please also email nvrescue@gmail.com if links or part numbers too.

I am not aware of a ready-made adapter for hooking military trailers to civilian 4-pin or 7-pin connectors. I made my own with a trailer receptacle from a CUCV and a $10 7-pin trailer pigtail from the auto parts place. There's a pin sheet on SS somewhere that shows what wire goes where. I'll see if I can dig it up.

The easiest way is to remove the military pigtail and build one to suit your needs. The pigtail unplugs right under the front of the trailer box. A little creative searching here might net you a thread detailing this, it has been covered.
