M149A2 Water Buffalo Unknown Bracket

I have an M149A2 water buffalo (USMC) manufactured in 2000 and i am trying to identify the bracket in the photos below. The bracket is attached by one bolt to the left side of the crossmember running between the front frame rails. It is oriented to the left, but this may not be correct. It appears that a pin may go through the two ears on the bottom side of the bracket, allowing something to rotate. I have searched TM 9-2330-267-14&P and cannot find this bracket anywhere. Does anyone have any idea what this bracket is used for?

It might of had a water chiller mounted on it at one point in it's life. Do all the water plumbing connections look stock or?????

The entire trailer appears to be 100% stock, including the plumbing. It looks almost new.

Almost new might mean it got rebuilt.. Who knows.. I'd check out the following TM's, they may help. They are all for various buffalo mounted chillers.

I have a TM that indicates that bracket is for an emersion heater. Please post some photos of your M149A2 - especially the faucet assemblies. I have two M149A2s (one minus a tank) and one M149. I am working on all of them at present.
