No, I do not think they are vented or the lid set up for fuel. They make a separate towable fuel rig with a fuel pump and dispenser in the front with a dual 10 lug wheel set but I think they are a lot more modern. I think the military just used those 600 gallon pod units and the separate fuel filter pump dispenser skid.
