Does anyone know if these preasure valves are available in regualr auto parts places like Napa, or is this strictly a mil part? Anyone know where I can get one?

I have seen GMC pickups from the late 40s and early 50s with the same thing so I think it was a GMC feature that they used on there vehicles .
