Here is a pic of the two back window/ frames. I'll send them both down because one has a decent window, the other has a decent frame. The channels are rusty but one is straight.

Heading into the bush up north to check the other trucks so will grab some more pics. These trucks require tear-down so the price will go up unless someone else brings the tools and the strong hands.

Let's check the years of the trucks with split windows. I'm nearly certain SuperDave's 52' has the split. So far every truck I've seen up north and at the G749 farm has a single slider.

Here are a few more I snapped yesterday. These aren't in bad shape compared to the one the Goat team beat into round.

Loaded, not me, the hardtop.....soon on its way to a new truck. You have some extra parts to pick through so hopefully some of them can be passed along.

Plowboy...I pulled those panels for you today. They need a little wire wheeling, paint and some weatherstripping, but are otherwise in good shape. I'll be working on the shipping this week.

I checked with Memphis and you will need the "L type" weatherstripping. They sell it in 5 ft rolls.

A little update here. Things have been busy around my place and I have neglected to make this post.

About the second week of November, Carboarius PM'd me and said he had an extra hardtop set aside for me. The third week of November, 1944mb was headed to my area for a business trip. Carboarius and 1944mb got in contact with each other, met up as 1944mb passed through Carboarius' area and the hardtop was sent south.

The hardtop arrived at my place on Nov. 18. 1944mb and his wife spent a little over 3 days at our place. We all had a great time. We got to play with the trucks quite a bit, pulled some parts, traded some parts, cooked out, etc. 1944mb got to drive a G749 for the first time.

Before they left, Plowboy's panels were loaded up and sent north with 1944mb where they now sit about 8 hours south of Plowboy's location. It sounds like Plowboy and 1944mb will be meeting up close to spring time.

A big thank you from me to Plowboy, Carboarius and 1944mb!!
