Eric, where are you getting the canvas? I need some. I have one I can get measurements for you. I guess you need ALL of them huh?

Yep... a MS paint drawing would be great with dimensionds.... :) Not asking for too much am I? I hand-made one for my 1947 CJ2A so a small top for the M35 won't break a sweat. :)

Haven't found a canvas supplier yet....

14 foot? Your talking cargo cover aren't you. Eric wants cab dimentions I think.

Gimp,

Here is the info on the military looking tarps I saw at Orschlens in L’berg:

Made in USA Chicago Dropcloth and Tarpaulin Co.
10 oz. Outdoor Use Only
Water Resistant, Grommet every 2 ft., Triple thick hems, Double stitched hem and seams

5x7 = $14.99
6x8 = $19.99
8x10 = $32.99
8x12 = $42.99
10x12 = $54.99
10x14 = $64.99
10x16 = $69.99
12x20 = $99.95

They smell like military canvas. Not sure about the thickness. The label says 10oz. I’m not sure what weight the real cab and cargo cover canvas should be. Anyone know??

(BTW, You might want to contact some of the reproduction canvas product suppliers (i.e.: WeeBee Webbing, Beechwood Canvas, New Life Resource, . . . etc.), I seem to remember that others here have purchased stock canvas by the yard in the past.)

Very cool! With canvas available (relatively) cheaply, and a girlfriend that likes to "sew", I see a great way to combine her hobby with MVs! 8)

If your area has some lakes for sailboats you could check to see where they get their canvas from. It's made to take heavy use. Wayne
