can anyone tell me the color of the trucks used in the marine core they were a darker green than normal picture if possible would be great thanks looking to respray my m55

From what I ready from my 1964 dated USMC marking's manual the 24052 semi-gloss marine corps green was for garison use vehcales (staff cars stuff like that) and the
34052 Lusterless Marine Corp Forest Green was for feild use vehcales but as any good motor pool soldier knows that dosn't mean much. So ether color is correct. I painted my USMC M35a2 with the 34052 becuse flat paint is easier to touch up I think.

DRGREG That truck is painted 24087 the army green for Vietnam. I call it mud green.

That paint is RAPCO 34052 Lusterless Marine Corp Forest Green you can buy it from www.rapcoparts.com thats where i got mine.
