You can make it re-using your old fittings. Notice the hose is not crimped, those are push on type connections to the fittings, the hose can be cut off and re used. You need to find a commercial hose shop and get some push on hose. If you take the hose you have, most will be happy to fix you up.

If you are in KC, Mo, start here and tell them you are looking for #4 push on hose. low pressure, diesel fuel rated.

Maybe edit you location to reflect your state, it will help in situations like this.

That hose is intended to dampen the vibration and movement of the copper line it's attached to at the other end. You can replace that whole run, hose & copper, with just one piece of DOT nylon tubing... https://steelsoldiers.com/threads/w...r-deuce-this-week.67703/page-412#post-2169331
Just an FYI, any "NOS" (new old stock) hose you find from a vendor, whether it's a brake line, oil line, etc., may very well be decades old even though it's still in the factory package. Anytime you absolutely need a hose with fittings for your truck, it's always better to just have a brand new one made by a local hose shop.
