M35a2 Steering Gear Bolts

I am missing the two aft bolts and the tie plate that hold the steering gear to the frame. They appear to be missing from the parts list as well in TM9-2320-209-20P but are shown in figure 135 (items 3 and 4). Are they truly not listed or am I just not seeing them?
If they aren't in the list, can anyone give me the specs?

Look up our '93, TM 9-2320-361-34P, fig. 115, items #27 and #28. The part numbers are there; now if you still need specs I could measure those parts, tomorrow.
