M37/43 anti sway bar?

Has anyone ever somehow added one?
Or is it a dumb idea?
I ask because of the oh no here we go sensation while taking curves in the m43b1

The M43 was always a top heavy unit. Drove them for years in the military. When you have 4 patients in the back you better pay attention when off road or you can roll them very easy. Many were rolled. And for many reasons it was not a good idea to put the heavy patients in the top litter holders

The regular springs on modern pickups are much heavier than the standard M43. Be interesting to see if a modern sway bar will do the job. It should make some difference but not to sure it will make a big difference. .
