Can't find my book, did the 48s have the long tank? It appears so. '51 REO.

Nope, looks like a stretched 275.

Yes, it's been stretched. I can't remember, frustrated because I can't find Doyle's Standard Catalog. I was thinking the 275 was the later A2 version and 48 was the early gasser. But now that you say it and I think about it, seems they were around the same era. Didn't you have a nice tractor a while back?

M275s came in slick, A1 and A2 versions. Yes I have an A1 and A2.
