M52 Brakes Vs M818 Brakes (need sources)

I have an M52A2, I have one drum trying to lock up on me but before I get ready to tear this thing down..... are the 818 and 52 brakes the same AKA if a vendor has brake stuff listed for an 800 series will it work for mine?

Second, can someone reccomend a source of supply for said parts..... I'm thinking pads, springs etc.......

any help is appreciated

dunno if they are the same but roy at seco has all you need at decent prices.
