Try Treadwell Carburetor, Treadwell, NY 607-829-8321 I have dealt with them for years, true carb magicians.

TM9-8028 has some adjustment procedures but my June 1955 copy only covers the Holley 885 JJSG. I also checked TM 9-2320-211-20 (June 1973 version). It also has carb adjustment procedures but it doesn't say which carb it was referring to. Both of these are hard copy manuals. The -20 1973 version may be online, I don't exactly know.
