M543A2 wrecker fuse??? HELP!

My wrecker will no longer crank. I found 2 fuses under the dash, they were good, replaced anyways. With power switch on I get no low air buzzer nor do gauges jump up and of course it won't crank. Anymore fuses or circut breakers?? Fuel pump comes on with master power switch but that is it. Any ideas or thoughts. Lights work also. I know you guys have way more experience than me. thanks

Check TM 9-2320-211-20, should be a wiring diagram in there somewhere. Curious about the "fuses" you replaced, should be self resetting circuit breakers only...
