Looks to be in good shape, Southeastern Equipment worked with lots of these back in the day and might still be around with parts and advice.
I believe the tracks are same as on Stuart light tank, though usually see the all steel version on the high speed tractors. Yours look serviceable and can generally run for quite a while even with significant wear.

Does anyone know of a really decent radiator place that sells replacement radiators water pumps for these vehicles??? Cooling system parts?
