Thats called a Universal Pintal Adapter. Check with Beltfed34 on ebay.. He has them occasionally.

beltfed34 (Austin Weber) has one listed on eBay for $75 in rusty but usable condition. The cross pin is broken as well. Search under his eBay ID, then the phrase "UPA"
