M813 muffler alternative options?

Need a new muffler (truck had been "straight" piped when I got it). Didn't know if local part stores or diesel truck suppliers would have something that might be better than 1970s technology for noise suppression. I know there are a couple of the usual suspects as far as parts suppliers go for this beast.

Just wanted to check and see if anything new was out there.
