M816 from Madison, WI to Blaine, MN

I need to see if anyone can haul an M816 wrecker from just north of Madison, WI to Blaine, MN. It's 280 miles door to door. I was going to drive it but I can't do it until next week and some of the highs next week are only in the single digits for temperature. I'd like to check it out good before driving and single digit temps have me looking at other options. Plus I'd rather not have problems on the side of the road. I assume it will need a drop deck or lowboy trailer.

If it's the one i'm thinking of, it has been sitting in the same spot for at least 2 years. I have had my eye on that truck since then. It was in good shape and when I last saw it (fall of '08 I think) it was full of wrecker goodies.

yes she was full.. I did not take a close look at her but walked by. seams every thing was there (Dont know about BII) I can flat tow her for $500.

Ya it seems to be in nice shape, I previewed it the week before, still has the goodies! They said they have to try selling it to other municipalities for at least 1 1/2 years before it goes to public auction. That's another reason I'd rather have it trailered home.

There is a company just NW of Milwaukee that does alot of hauling for Oshkosh Truck. They back haul pretty cheap, but you are going the other way. I will try to find there info later today.
