While there, I was offered one at a ridiculously low price, but had no where to put it, as it were, my combined weight was close to 37,000 lb already. It was like being in the proverbial candystore with unlimited credit but without a shopping basket.
Jason was there also and declined. I think it would be to costly a project to complete and take special skills (Spicergear) to boot.

If Spicergear chimes in and explains exactly what he needs, I'll find out if it's available.

Hey Crane Truck & M1075,

If someone wanted to employ a dedicated engine to run a crane and outriggers, how much HP and Hydraulic GPM would be required for cranes similar to the models you guys are using? Also who are the major manufacturers of these cranes. Thanks.

You would need about 20 hp and a pump with a capacity of 10 GPM and a max psi of about 3,500.
Major brands used by the military are Grove and HIAB, but there are many other manufactures, just google it.
