M871A3 how tall flat bed/step deck?

So - just seen a few of these get sold recently and am wondering how tall they are. They sit on 22.5's and look pretty high at the back, sloping down to the front - would they sit level on a M916A1/2 which has a 60+" fifth wheel?, or are they supposed to run nose down on a regular 6x4 tractors.....?

It sits fairly level on a fmtv, so i am guessing it would be nose up a bit on a 916
