M887 truck info.

Hey everybody, I sent off my FOIA request last week for information on the M887. Maybe I will be fortunate enough to get some information back. Can anyone tell me how they return information? Is it typically email or by letter through USPS?
I have a second question also, does anyone have front tow hooks if added on or as came to the Army with? I’m not sure what they look like but if someone has some they could take a picture of and how they are mounted I would greatly appreciate it. I’m also wondering if the front bumpers were notched for them.

Tow hooks or tow bar attachment eyes? The hooks came stock from Dodge, Army added the tow bar attachment points.

NDT, tow hooks. I haven’t noticed any with tow bar attachments. Are the attachments and tow bar in the 10 or 20 level TM?
