Less than 3 MPG and Diesel here just hit 3.99 a gallon! OUCH!!!:deadhorse:
It maybe a false way of looking at it but it helps me sleep better.

2005 R6 weight with driver 450lbs = 36mpg (12.5:1)
2008 F350 weight with driver 7900lbs = 17mpg (464.7:1)
1984 M915 weight with driver 19905lbs = 7mpg (2843.5:1)

Doesn't really mean much until you factor work ability. Say I had to move 20000 1lb bags of rice 1 mile.

M915 = .15 gallons of fuel
F350 = 1.61 gallons of fuel
R6 = 111.6 gallons of fuel

The math maybe off I had a phone call...

I think you get the idea...

did some checking on big load king trailers, I found a 98, 85t with goodies, for $350,000+

these trailers are custom made, even when they are shown in there catalog, not built till a deposit

I did the same research when I saw the setup last time...

I make less than 48k a year it would take a lifetime to pay for one...

Of course my salary alone would pay one months rent on a new york studio flat....

All I want is stuff to keep working... sometimes I think this country has it's priorities backwards.

I wounder if GL didn't get what it wanted the frist time?? I remember a 8X8 at Hooks that sold 3 or 4 times. GL kept making it look better each time. We see if it sells again or not.?.

See I didn't even take HP into consideration. Lets start thinking about that R6 is 160 hp, my Ford has almost 500hp (it's not stock [thumbzup]) and the M915 has a 400...

Ah what's the point...

When my fuel light in the Ford comes on there is more fuel in the tank than I can squeeze in the bike...who was I joking...

Summer hurry up!!!!

I'll give the ford this it has heated seats...LOL

BIGHURT You don't have heated seats for your M915 yet !! What are you waiting for !!! LOL rofl
Nope it's still at Richards place, I am looking at replacement seats but not sure they will be heated. I have the 12 volt though so maybe...LOL

BIGHURT.......fuel is going to kill you to drive the 915 back to ND......I guess you'll just have to leave her with me......I need a new mistress anyway.rofl
Mmmm, your right but I've already set aside the $1000 gas bill for the drive home :D

Remember I have to go to James place in OKC and get my trailer. Which works out cause Ross needs his ROP's and I culd use some extra diesel money. There is also another member in SD that needs some M101 trailers drug up from Ky and he promised some diesel money as well.

$1000 for parts
$1000 for Fuel and
$1000 for the recovery vehicle expense

Assuming everything goes well, it's cheaper than the $5k I was quoted for shipping, and I get to meet a bunch of members and have an adventure.

But thanks for making me feel good, James keeps trying to get my trailer...
