Some more gee whiz info......the lot manager said that GL had $1400 invested in each truck on that last sale.

I read somewhere that GL pays the GVT 3.26% of the original acquisition cost for an item. I couldn't find the M915 cost right off, but I know the M915A1 is $57,454. So, $57,454 x 3.26% = $1873.

I thought Gl just charged a buyers premium for their work? So they buy then resale?

They buy everything from the governemnt for a percentage of acq value......thats why the SF97's are in GL's name and they provide a Florida transfer form when they sell it to the bidder.
