Progressive did mine. Gulfway would not do the required DOT filings which are required in my state.

Farm bureau is a no go in Oregon. Im just about out of options, progressive is the only one that will insure me and one quote is a 50 mile radius and the other is 200 mile. Initially I was going to put this truck to work part time when Im not working in construction. After putting the numbers together it just didn't pencil out. Im starting to wonder if I should just sell the truck and move on.

I had Gulfway for my M123. If I remember right, they insure for hobby use only. The part time work is probably a no-go with them. On the upside with Gulfway, you can pull a trailer, but again for hobby use only.

Gulfway does not insure in Oregon, hagerty said no for two reasons: vehicle was not garaged and or it has a trailer. I ended up getting my agent (the progressive one) to expand my radius to 500 miles for a few more bucks. For now Im insured and can drive but now im afraid if progressive says no in the future ill be back on the hunt and for the 8+ hours I spent talking to agents, I would hate to do it again. BTW I didn't want to insure with progressive due to their socialist left wing agenda.

Yes, you have left out one. If you’re 50 or older you really should consider AARP classic auto insurance. Good job doing the homework by the way, you should write in detail how they compare. And remember the cheapest is not always the best—read through your policy carefully.
