M916 TC Cooling Pump Spacer or no?

I hope someone can shead some light on this for me.
As simple as it seems I can not seem to figure out if the spacer
that is designed to be inserted between the pump and the TC
that is suppose to disengage the TC Cooling pump is indeed
missing from my truck. I am inclinded to say YES, it is missing.

A-It's hard to believe it would be missing.
B- The TM line drawing shows a pump and lines like the pump is several pieces or plates.

If it is missing I HAVE to get another one.

Confused...
