I'm replacing the front rear axle of the tandem assembly and need to know how to get the equalizing beam separated from the axle. The TM describes how it comes apart and that would probably work if it hadn't been over 30 years since it was built. I'm looking for realistic ideas of separating it. I also need to find a source for the rubber bushings since I feel like I'm going to have to persuade the separation with a torch.
