Thanks guys for the tip. Ordered a new air dryer from Suprman today!

I installed the MRAP air dryer I picked up from Suprman over the weekend. Would have finished the job but the air line to the wet tank was about 4" short (story of my life). Picked up the parts to make the airline on Monday and put the new airline on today...fired up the truck...and we had a full 125psi in no time!

Also, I know you found your problem, but carry a spare brake light switch. They are a two piece design, half plastic, and they blow apart sometimes.

They did make one of metal not sure if you can still get it though.
