M923A2/5-ton door hinge needed...

Looking for/need a driver's side upper door hinge for my M923A2/5-ton truck. As you can see from the pic mine is non-functional at the moment. NOS or used is fine, if the price is right I'd like to get two & replace the lower as well too. I will need them shipped to me in SC, thanks.

Not really sure to be honest, went to open the door & it just dropped down from the top! I'm posting pics of what type of hinges I have on my truck, both top/bottom hinge have a bolt that runs through it to secure the driver's side mirror. I found one of my spares & I has a pin through the center & unless it can be pressed out this type wont work...
