does anyone have a diagram for the fuel tank. for the life of me i can find it in the tm. i need to know what the pick-up tube goes in to at the bottom of the tank.

The focus and angle of this picture sucks, but may give you an idea what you’re dealing with.
There is an upside down u shaped standoff support bracket with two bends. Wild guess it’s about 1-1/2” wide, and stands 2” off the tank bottom. Any bend or angle on your pickup tube and you can’t get the threads started, or will turn the coper tube into a pretzel.
