Could someone please help me with the TM or TB for M923a2 paint Instructions? Need the 3 color diagram.

Look up TB 43-0209 dated from 1990 in the Manuals section of the TM forum.

Paint patterns from that manual for the M923/M925 attached here.
1 is Black
2 is Green
3 is Brown

Perfect. Thank you. Swear I could not find it in the 0209....did not check the date. But I did find paint instructions for a Mule and a Goat!
