Going to the DRMO really doesn't mean it's ever going to leave intact either. The Gov Liquidation guy in Fairbanks said that right before the transfer of rolling stock to gov planet they were set to get the nicest 923 he'd ever seen, and then the army decided it'd be bettter to take it to the range for artillery practice.
