Almost all military trucks are 6.44s. And yes it is a t1138

Awesome, thanks.
I am looking at buying a running driving truck that I found to rob the axles and t case for a 12 valve cummins powered, air braked, crew cab F700 project.
Does anyone make lockout hubs for the 5 ton axles?
Also, can the rear hubs be flipped like a deuce?

There's got to be a cheaper way to get a t-case and axles than to take a running driving dumptruck apart. Unless the rest of it is just held together with rust....

Consider selling to dumptruck intact and buying a 939series cargo truck to cannibalize. You may end up with a good deal of $$ left over...
